Capstack Careers Inc. (referred to as "we," "us," or "Capstack" throughout) provides educational content, structured workshops, coffee chats, and a cohort program for students pursuing careers in investment banking.

By accessing this site, joining the waitlist, registering for a workshop, booking a coffee chat, or using any other service we provide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least sixteen years old to use this site, and at least eighteen years old to make a paid purchase. By using the service, you confirm you meet that bar and that any information you give us is true.

We provide thoughtful, experience-based guidance on the investment banking recruiting process — resume framing, technical preparation, behavioral storytelling, and recruiting strategy. Our materials reflect Matthew Farquhar's own path and the patterns we've seen work for students we've coached.

We do not guarantee a specific outcome. No one can — recruiting depends on your effort, your fit, and factors none of us control (market timing, role availability, decisions made by other people). What we promise is honest preparation; what you do with it is yours.

Use the service in good faith. Don't share paid materials, recordings, or login access with people who haven't paid. Don't scrape the site, attempt to break it, or use it to harass anyone.

Give us accurate information when you fill out a form. If you ask us a question in bad faith — for example, posing as someone you're not — we may decline to respond and revoke any access you have.

Paid programs are billed upfront unless otherwise stated. Specific refund terms for a paid offering are disclosed at purchase — please read them before you check out.

If a refund policy applies to your purchase and you'd like to use it, email us at the address below within the stated window.

All content on this site — the articles, frameworks, course materials, video lessons, downloadable guides, and the site's visual design — is owned by Capstack Careers Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use what you learn from us to advance your own career. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

We provide educational content, not financial, legal, career, or employment advice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a job, internship, offer, or outcome.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be perfectly accurate at every moment. We do our best, and we fix things when we find issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capstack Careers Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including lost opportunities, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. You can stop using the service at any time — there's nothing to cancel beyond closing the browser tab, unless you have a paid program with its own cancellation terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of the page and — if the change is significant — notify you by email or via a banner on the site. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
